Project Overview
I developed a Container Management System that helps logistics operations efficiently manage container loading and dispatch processes. The platform supports two main workflows: container loading and container dispatch. During the loading phase, employees are assigned to handle containers, record load details, and track loading time. Each container is verified with complete information, including assigned staff, load contents, and timestamps to ensure accuracy and accountability. Once loading is completed, containers are moved to the port through trucks. At the port, the dispatch process begins, where all container details are rechecked, and dispatch records are maintained, including dispatch time, container status, and handling employee information. The system provides a centralized dashboard that offers a complete overview of operations, including loading status, dispatch records, employee activities, and container tracking. It also manages detailed logs such as time records, container history, and operational performance. Additionally, the platform includes employee management features with two dedicated roles: loading staff and dispatch staff. This ensures clear responsibility separation and smooth workflow coordination. With structured data management and a unified dashboard, the system improves efficiency, transparency, and coordination across loading, transportation, and dispatch operations.
